My Design Service 

 

My architectural design service will take your project right through from the initial concept design, through to complete working drawings and specifications for building consent and builder pricing.


To create my designs I use the 3D architectural design software 'Archicad'. This software enables detailed three dimensional views of the finished design, which is vital for you to visualise the finished product. I am also able to produce sun studies of your home which will allow you to see exactly how much sun will enter your home in the summer and winter months. Once again another very worthwhile tool.

 

The specification software I use is Masterspec, which produces a full and detailed specification.


I offer a full architectural design service, including the following:

  • Conceptual design.
  • 3d imagery, including sun studies for the design.
  • Working drawings and full specification documentation for building consent.
  • Tender documentation for accurate building quotes. 
  • Bracing Design and H1 thermal envelope design


I work closely with local surveyors, engineers and interior designers to enable a full design service.
